Product Marketing Manager

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product features and updates that drive engagement and adoption
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases of existing products
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams ensuring they have the information needed to capitalize on the release
  • Understand and support our sales team with internal tools and external collateral on the problems we solve and our solutions
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Establish a clear understanding of our customer’s needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape in order to ensure product strategies aligned with market demand
  • Gather customer feedback through calls, emails, surveys, review product adoption data, run competitive analysis to become an expert in customer needs and how to speak to them.

Requirements:

  • 2/3 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Previous experience developing customer facing product content for sales activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in broader identity/authentication market
