Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes demand generation and digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Develops a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
  • Drives website traffic, lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, PPC, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Identify, test, and optimize new digital channels for acquisition both domestically and internationally.
  • Utilizes analytical ability to measure and report campaign performance and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Monitor and make recommendations to optimize performance and drive CPL, ROAS, and other KPIS, in addition to creating and executing upon growth strategies to drive business goals on a daily basis.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs and channel conversion rates.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and traffic/conversion tests.
  • Drive and design A/B Testing experiments + track data to support decisions and go forward strategy.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management.

 

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • A sense of accountability, ability to inform stakeholders at the right level, and drive work forward with a sense of urgency.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a curious mind.
  • “Go-getter” attitude - If you don’t know something, you are curious and act fiercely to find out the answer.
  • Strong communication skills- you are not afraid to speak up.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Advanced English level.
